A few things worth knowing.
Does OrangeRoute hold passenger money?
No. The payment model is designed for the operator’s own merchant account. OrangeRoute provides the software and bills the operator separately.
Can I sell tickets on my own website?
Yes. Each company has a branded booking page that can be embedded on its own website. Fully automated white-label custom domains are not yet available.
Can I add my drivers and sales team?
Yes. Company admins can invite admins, dispatchers, sales staff, drivers and auditors, each with role-based access.
Are reseller channels connected?
Not yet. Busbud, Wanderu and Omio are channel placeholders. Partner agreements and live integrations are required before tickets can be distributed.
